Normally when you saw the not successful message, the money already back to your bank account, but sometime they hold the money for a few days more, don't know why, but if you kena like that, maybe you are really 衰...

how can i purchase the IPO share? In normal circumstances, will the share goes up in the 1st few days?

1st you need a CDS account. 2nd a bank account in Maybank/CIMB or bank that has ATM IPO application. 3rd money in account to apply for the number of shares in the IPO. You can apply manually as well by taking the form from the underwriters, fill in the form, get a bankers cheque, post it to the mailbox. But most efficient is still the ATM or online banking.

In normal circumstances, IPO normally quite active in trade for the first few days. So can go up or down depending on the mood of the market. If market collapse, IPO or not it will follow the market downwards. No guarantee IPO 1st few days will go up so no point asking this.

If you are interested in Petronas Chemical IPO, you better go and apply for CDS account 1st thing tomorrow because it takes time to approve. Then when you get your CDS number, you can apply from the ATM following the instructions.

Any IPO or rumours IPO going to launch in 2011 ?
