i like this company due to the profitability & future of this futuristic sector, rich cash & low liability of the company, but the price RM1.08 is just too extremely over-priced considering the NTA of just less than RM0.40!!
in addition, the nett profit is just RM5,500 during FY2007, the nett profit & revenue just picked up on FY 2008 to a nett profit of RM12,000,000 ++ during FY2009..
if it is priced at RM0.60, i will definitely buy it...

MMHE's draft prospectus was already revealed about 2 months ago..... lol

Both MMHE and PCG are very large companies. I particularly like PCG becoz many famous subsidiaries.

PetronasChemicals to list at 15x PER is too expensive for a chemical only company unless they have a very generous dividend policy.

Can't say for sure. I'm thinking maybe they want to follow Maxis style and go for IPO above the RM3 range. FYI Maxis was RM5.00 listing price but public get discount 5% so public only pay RM4.75/share.

Whether expensive or not, those 2 BIG IPOs will definately catch the attention of investors. Foreign funds are kinda rushing into Malaysian market after the share markets in the US or HK rallied. KLSE shot up from 1300 to 1471pts in matter of 2+ months. The sentiment shud be able to sustain towards the end of this year.

I am not applying, the income can be very volatile, and not totally convinced in the company. IMHO.

Tentatively, pricing for MMHE gonna be at Rm3.80. Forward PE 20 for the next FY. Buy MISC to get the blue form. I have people telling me that since it's large & NO-1 man ask to list one, surely will do well (at least on the first day) . So who wanna buy ? Any comments ?
