what is the final price for SHIN YANG SHIPPING CORPORATION BERHAD
RM1.28?? do there still have a 5% discount? if there is 5% discount ... how can us get the refund? |

capital mall is an overprice reit i think.
If you plan to buy and hold for dividend other reits are paying at 10% except for capitalmall and sunway. Take a look at all the other reits |

Sometime I think that's not apple to apple comparison, you can't compare shopping centers to storage & industrial buildings, right?
