If for long term and not buying at extremely high price, just treat it as the price going back to square like me lo. If sell, later suddenly rally, then sweat.gif

KLSE is a good learning ground.. if u can't make something overhere, for sure u can't survive outside there... really no mercy, get slaughtered in matter of few minutes/hours...

Nothing more than an irrational fear of September which will pass nod.gif
In the back of many investors' minds is the concern that September is usually a poor month for equities.

Why buy C and AIG when we can buy other better financial companies. From my observation from the month of March, the 2 only appreciates after the rest (BCS, GS, JPM, etc.) . C and AIG only rallies lately and surely many will be dumping soon.

I dun think so, ask expert or old timer. You are correct on one thing : KLSE is just a PLAYGROUND not a MONEY making platform. Everyone have their own risk appetite.
Tell me honestly, how many person that you know become rich via KLSE after 2001?

Take Axiata for example, from RM8 drop until today never recover 50%? Say what?

What shallow thinking is that? If you cannot make in KLSE u cannot make elsewhere? Say who? If KLSe so good, why I haven't' heard big fund manager playing here?
If you cannot make in KLSE, there;s always other markets out there.

Why a lot of traders here in LYN play STI ?

No offence to AIG buyer, but AIG is in negative tangible equity currently if not mistaken, aka the share/company worth negative based on its asset worth.

So it is more a goreng/gambling stock right now.

I agree, I wouldn't touch AIG with a kilometer long stick.

But, C -> goreng or not.. this thing looks like got potential.
Same goes to BAC (much better, got some for keeps).
