not sure how sturdy it is as I've only seen picture on the net. Some forummer selling it at RM97 (for the USB hub version). I was looking at Zalman nc2000 previously but I want to find something with bigger fans like nc3000.

the palm is not hot but near left side.. the air blow out quite hot.. i always use under ceiling fan o at air con room..performance still tip top... lazy install what 3dmark see what score.. if u free can try hehe..

notepal infinite - 90mm fan and bigger mesh area - how much is it?

around 60-70 deg at air-cond and continue playin' .. if room temp i think around 80 deg..

i just called up and the girl there recommended 3 years complete cover warranty @ 29**

i quite like this coverage bcoz i accidentally damage my laptop screen that's why wanna buy a new one

then i asked whether can discount somemore then she said if upgrade mcafee to 36 months then the price will be 29** (which is rm11.00 cheaper than the one without upgrade), funny price scheme

anyway, don't quite like mcafee bcoz my current laptop quite laggy with mcafee so i have uninstalled it already

i del mcafee once i get my lappy.. u got included cover warranty sure mahal than me lah.. u get quite good price already.. the lowest is get staff price.. with staff work longer will discount more than normal worker if no mistake.. the cheapest where u can get..

Just wondering if anyone in here feels the inspiron 15R runs a bit sluggishly? Mine does and sometimes its response is kind of slow.

Did anyone reformat and clean install the laptop once they get it? Will this be better?

u mean n5010 with 5650? mine run smooth & silky.. not like a slug.. play slug metal also smooth..

I just got it like 1hour ago. It move sluggishly, somehow McAfee does not activate, and then wifi run only at 11Mbps.

Hi guys, I just placed on order for a Dell Inspiron 15R. The one with ATI HD5650.

I think I've made the right choice. For that price, you get a good processor, 4GB 1333Mhz, 500GB 7200RPM and more importantly, HD5650.



Anyone that owns this laptop? Please share some tips on how to make it more awesome.

Oh btw, my laptop sits on my desk 99% of the time. Only bringing it out when I go travelling which is once a year. I don't think I need to worry too much about warranty, right? It's not like things will start to fail within a year or 2.
