Q : I edited RAW picture using iPhoto, change the saturation, do some crops, adjust exposure etc. Then I upload this photo to my facebook, but the color seems too dull and not exactly as in my iPhoto. How to solve this problem ?

A300X is nice.. got live view and twin kit lens.. A350 is the same but with extra megapixels, but with A350K, u'll only get one kit lens.. not tele..

so it depends if u wanna extra MP or a tele lens

Yea.. Im having the same problem also.. i PPed my photo and post it in facebook or view it in another computer.. most of my photos are underexposed.. Guess its my LCD screen's brightness and all
What i do now is take better pic.. less PP.. hoho.. Still learning how to take better photo.. but 3k shutter count in less than a month is quite an accomplishment for me.. haha

Can some sifu please teach us how to PP properly ?

But if I upload it to flickr, it shows the exact image, as seen in iPhoto. The problem occurs only in facebook.

try resizing to the same resolution as facebook gives you... or just do 600px 400px

well, one thing for sure, facebook will resize and reduce the resolution in order to make the file size much smaller.... just imagine millions of users uploading photos, if they don't do that, they will have problem with space

but just for comparison sake why don't you post your photos in flickr and compare with facebook for us to see

guys.. do u clean your camera after shooting at seaside ?
ytd i have a shooting at seaside, i m too tired to clean the camera and Just throw it into the dry box. Tonite when i clean the filter. i notice there is a lot of dots on the HOya UV filter that cannot be removed by my cleaning solution.. dont know whether it's cause by the sea wind or just because the filter itsself has deteriorated over the time.

as a newbie.. i would choose the tele lens ..
learn to compose well using camera & lenses rather than cropping later using photoshop..
