Can someone give suggestion ? Puasa dah dekat... i dont know want continue gym or not before puasa... because if i continue, my muscle will shrink also later , i feel like wanna do cardio only until puasa / or go gym time puasa ??

So , Any Idea Guys ?

for me i workout after buka
eat simple carbs,protein and isotonic with protein drink for buka then start your workout
change your routine too.
i only workout 3 times a week .
and i still eat 6 times a day but smaller amount la.
well bro,the best thing is to try new routine for your body and find what is good for u. good luck.
