for me i workout after buka
eat simple carbs,protein and isotonic with protein drink for buka then start your workout
change your routine too.
i only workout 3 times a week .
and i still eat 6 times a day but smaller amount la.
well bro,the best thing is to try new routine for your body and find what is good for u. good luck.
