At the back of the transformer/converter select 230v. That is the power source from Malaysia socket, and as input to the converter, thus stepping it down to 110v through the converter. If there is selector in front of the converter, then select 110v as output to feed your BDP.

ok easy way, spend some petrol, drive to nearest AV shop or electrical, at a glance see how many ppl inside, go tapau nasi lemak, teh tarik, then ask them do you a favour set to 220 in and 110V out

hehe.... the way out for solution spend some $$ instead of losing your BD60

it used to be 800-900 1/2 year ago... so it was significant savings.. of coz with the price drop now, then not a good deal anymore.. tongue.gif
