My contention is this, properties will only be worth something if those occupants intend to continue their occupation of the property because the worth of the property is backed by a legitimate demand. The only advantage for aman is the BU of 39xxsq.
In sep no smd will hit 39xxsq. At best 36xxsq (very few models), on average 26xx to 3200sq nia. |

he cant flip or rent ecopark...therefore has to move in. he kongsi one end lot dsl in setia alam also got headache to rent out....said what targeting 3k rent...….how leh to get 3k rent for small dsl? and later he posted in fb said he is willing to sell his eco grandeur home (or homes not sure) for SPA price now....when the house not even vped yet...….. and he also got one or two properties waiting to be vped in shah alam or so..... those malay investors that JV with him......I pray for them... |
