 [WTA] How many scoop should i take ?, per serving.

Hi guys, i been using ON Whey protein and casein protein, and i can really see the result (of course with the training 4days a week). But i wonder, should follow the instruction as mention in the back of the tube, like 1 scoop per serving ... 3 scoop per serving. I usually take 2 1/2 scoop of whey protein every serving or 2 scoop of casein protein, is it ok ?

FYI, im finish work at 8pm, after training will be having my dinner on 10 pm and take the protein in 11-12pm.

please advise.

TS ur body cant absorb tat much of protein at a time, a scoop of those whey should be suffiecient.

Besides, if u want to gain muscle, the supplement is not the solution, ur overall diet plan is the main factor. There is some useful sticky in this sub forum, have a visit on those sticky.

1.5 scoop whey + slow digesting carb (fruit/oatmeal) pre and 1.5 scoop whey + fast digesting carb (energy drink/rice) within half an hour post workout.

2.5 scoops is 60g of protein. Your body can't absorb it all in one go.

ooo... i think i gonna try 1 scoop for preworkout and 1 scoop after workout...
before i was taking coffee and bread for pre workout.
