TS ur body cant absorb tat much of protein at a time, a scoop of those whey should be suffiecient.
Besides, if u want to gain muscle, the supplement is not the solution, ur overall diet plan is the main factor. There is some useful sticky in this sub forum, have a visit on those sticky.
