This one I need a bit time to track. A bit busy recently.

If my salary 15K/mth, I dun think I wd pay 5,000 rental,
If 20K salary, am I willing and afford to pay? very much possible, am I eligible to own a decent property? very much possible too

I would agree with you.....except that for rentals >4k/m in KL, its mostly company paying, majority expats. From my limited experience doing rentals, 4k/m above are 99% expats. Now, the next question then is if there are enough of these in BJ. Even IMU expat teachers got budget 3k/m only.

Please state country of origin, skin color and budget you have to enable potential landlords to vet. Student status and looking for room only is usually lowest consideration, unless you have budget

Tunisian Nationality , White (curious to why this is any importance) and budget max around 800rm.
Looking for master or middle sized room preferably!
