Hehe i see but i feel my BRT not as smooth as my stock CDI la. I just wondering the Rextor you using. How the feeling? After i read those Philippine people de post they say it have 3D mapping while other CDI just 2D mapping ( firing angle ) coz it support fully the TPS. Just curious.
*
overall good performance la.. but dun expect to get 180km/h wit jz rextor alone... but it does giv extra performance than stock... firstly u must re-set ur mj n pj if change to rextor to support the extra ignition power (nt really sure of the term) supplied by the racing cdi to get a smooth performance.. then about the TPS setting, must get the best possible setting(takes time though)...surely enuf to get some smile on ur face... biggrin.gif

My bike is ready for testing after 1 week raya break (I balik kampung 1 week+). biggrin.gif

This round I install camshaft, valve spring, steel braided brake hose, ermm.. what else? I think that's all.

Camshaft is 250-IN, 250-OUT, 1mm higher lift type. Overlap is 100 degree. Should be a flat torque curve from mid-low to mid-high rpm characteristic, hohohoho.

Tomorrow will be in Bee Hock around 5pm. Anybody wanna join me?
*
wah charge.. cant wait to test the thai camshaft huh... biggrin.gif .. lol.. btw wats the brand of valve spring u change?

I am using Keihin PE28 carb, mainjet is #125, pilotjet is #38.
FC is good, full tank can go 140km - 160km, depends on riding style.
That block is about 160 excluding labour charge.
Saran, the camshaft is very good. Perhaps can try it on stock bike as well. The torque drop at 3000rpm and below is negligible, but starting from mid-low onwards, it rev all the way up to redline. There is no sudden rush in acceleration. Its a constant rush all the way, smooth up.

Tuning in progress now, perhaps need #130 mainjet and #42 pilotjet. I want to shift the powerband slightly to mid-high rpm. biggrin.gif
*
hmm... the cam's performance sounds good... i too thnk it'l go well with stock bike n 24/26mm carb.. hey charge, if u upgrade ur mj/pj then ur low rpm wil b more affected rite? hmm.gif me stil waiting for my cam... want to try it wit my std carb first.. icon_rolleyes.gif want to ask r opinion, u thnk 30mm carb wil b ok wit 57mm blok? might get one for testing... hehehe icon_idea.gif

pity me la.....huhuhu

get the type of blok like wat charge is using... but 60mm to pair wif ur PWK28... or better still if u prefer to use flatslide carb, try to get Mikuni TM24 to pair it wif ur stock blok.. brows.gif btw wat pipe u using?

Will F:80/80 R:90/80 better than F:70/90 R:80/90 during corner?? Will it affect on my Top Speed?? What is the ideal block & and carb?? 58.5mm with 26mm?? Does Yaguso block better than Shark or Dolphin block??
*
F:80/80 R:90/80 better for cornering but delays time to achieve ur top speed(decrease in acceleration)... vice versa 4 F:70/90 R:80/90... but since ther is no significant diff between both the combinations, affect towards top speed is negligible.. biggrin.gif

Wow what a big request u wan =.=" i guess if standard LC modi it wont reach 160 in less then 1 min..and i bet standard 125zr also cant do so..and for u notice 125zr is pickup type since its 2 stroke.and LC is ending type since its 4 stroke + liquid cooled..if u race a long highway with ur friend..i bet ur LC and win 125zr..
Thats my opinion..Correct me if im wrong  notworthy.gif
*
as a former 125z owner i would like share opinion.. tongue.gif LC135 is totally a non-match for 125z in terms of performance which includes both pikup n top speed even if both are stock bikes.. but in terms long distance riding and maintainance, my vote is for LC.. liquid-cooled, no need to fill 2T oil, no need to worry about 'jem panas' and bonus is LC's lower fuel consumption... laugh.gif so ask ur fren to make up his mind based on riding style and 'pocket depth'.. in terms of security, both bikes are top of thieve's wishlist.. whistling.gif

Our stock CDI also got 2 connector. the small one connect for rad fan. Usually the prob when there is only 1 connector at the racing cdi (example racing bee cdi), need to do direct wiring, means the fan will always turned ON. Why need to connect to CDI actually to control the fan to be turned on when temp arise at certain temp.
*
the small one is for TPS if m not mistaken... the fan even runs when necessary if the small socket is discon ..... jz tat if u use std cdi, the red temperature indicator on meter panel wil b blinking al the time.. doh.gif

Added on October 7, 2009, 10:03 pmguys, i need help ere... today my brake hose putus d.. its a steel braided one but aouta wan la.. lol... nw i bought a similar one but its a bit longer than my previous one.. so i had to make it into a 'S' looking shape to get it installed.. the prob is the hole/opening of the brake hose is somehow smaller than the stock one but same as previous one.. so ther is no enuf pressure generated coz of the 's' bent... giving me a hard time doing 'bleeding'.. any solution u al can think of????

Check blog below fella said not Castrol good.
http://triple0zone-135lc.blogspot.com/sear...el/Engine%20Oil

If you can, spend on higher grade oil - semi-synthetics. Charge has a point, Motul overpriced on this one. Yamalube would not go wrong.
*
no offence guys... its jz a review frm my experience.. motul i've 3100 n 5100(ester)... good for both LC n 125z.. castrol activ once oni on my ex5 last time.. hehe.. after tat duwan edi... yamalube once oso... when service in hong leong yamaha... my ultimate first position goes to Selenia-linx... sape pakai, depa tau la.. brows.gif
