Was there at d sales gallery earlier. Design wise for the new superlinks r typical I&P. Priced from RM1.8m and based on current market condition, it could b a first come first serve basis according to SA. I'm not surprised. Scheduled to b launched in these couple of weeks' time. I doubt there'll b frenzy... I could b wrong.

Land area starts from 28 x 110 and there r 2 design types. Not sure on built ups but one is slightly larger than the other. Tht is all I know of Sinar.

Land is scarce, unique land size landed will be scarce too,I see the storm is approaching, only good landed will safe you through during mkt turmoil

Cooling period effects subsale. Any signs of picking up in the secondary buyer scene? Sooner or later these buyers hv to realise tht subsale houses in d market aint gonna go any lower. In fact, price will steadily rise.

Affirmative. The cars r already been cleared to another spot beside Anggun Semi D. Soon hoarding will be up I guess.

As for lack of green, I couldnt agree more. Eventho it's highly desirable, entire development seems flat & dry and 'industrial like' arrangement.
