Most likely ballot but it seems they are collecting info from interested parties then decide. May also sell quietly. So, it depends whether demand > supply or otherwise

Just passed by temasya Citra & noticed the concrete pillars in place for the fence. Looks pretty good. I think VP is just around he corner.

I believe they will still use the anti-climb fence similar to the front entrance row in Temasya Suria, which should be sufficient. Wonder when will they erect the guard house?

We will notice the extinction of few types of property category (new launching) in KV, especially prime areas, in terms of urgency

The list goes on, land in prime area is scarce, whether you like it or not, Temasya's series of product remains the most unique in town now, it is only I&P who is willing to build such an superb land size.
I did talk to one of the Top 10 developer, he said the above product categories are almost impossible for them to provide in prime zone like Temasya G.

Citra is gated and  guarded? I don't see any guard house being built. But no doubt  the fencing  is quite nice., they put 2 strips in the pillar,  dunno is it aesthetic  only or got other function

Who's paying for the electricity? I can see they've started constructing the guardhouses on 2 locations. Bravo!
