Notice his position. He's using an incline bench. Most people can do more weight using it compared to standing or sitting straight. But think about it, if you do that and push up, you actually doing something like an incline press. He's using his chest muscles more than his shoulders. I personally, do shoulder presses standing still.
nope.. is straight not incline as you can see the chair is fully up.. and I can personally invite you to try the chair and Ill upload chest training DB incline position

Alrite, in 21 days I have to try to do 270lbs x 4 reps for BB Bench. But now im stuck at 200lb x 10 reps, so my 1 rep max is 266lb still below target and it is just 1 rep max... So powerlifter out there, whats the solution to increase the poundage for 4 reps in 21days ??
Go between 230 - 250LBS. Push for 5 reps. If you can do 6 reps, that's too many. Add weight. If you can't hit 5 reps, lower to the next nearest weight you can for 5. Now repeat for 5-8 sets.

I'm standing around 76kg now and I'm at my 2week of bulk. Lost a few kg but will try to gain back some mass and quality muscle. Target weight is 82kg again.
Those was my first week of diet, standing around 74.5kg

angrydog is a huge mofo. Seen him in person in the flesh. Impressive. We should all have a serious gathering. So we'd get to see how small the real whiners are. Easy to get cut, not easy to pack on slabs of proper muscle mass, period.

first reason, if I don't have those plate under my foot, I can't squat all the way down due to my leg is kind of short and I may fall to the back. Sec, It hit more on my quads
Yeah I figured it would be more bang for my buck. What do you think of Xtend? Lol the Punjabi girl attending me there was kinda hot.
Xtend is mixed up with BCAA + Glutamine and Citruline. But if you're just looking for BCAA + glutamine try mix it your self cause it will be cheaper if you count per serving. She's new ....
