Dude, I can't even LOOK at char kuay teow or steamed tau geh now. David has so much to answer for.

I don't bother measuring these days, but the last time I did (about 3 months ago?) I was around 17.3" or so.

There aren't any! Also it doesn't help that the weather has been EVEN HOTTER THAN USUAL of late.

(Personally, I think ice baths are awesome when things get really bad, but your personal mileage may vary)

Remembering how he got driven out of H&F still brings a tear to my eye.

I had to bail midway through my first set because I felt like my stomach was on fire. Ended up dropping weights down drastically on everything else. Awful. Never get your Indian rojak from the Damansara Uptown area, that's all I'll say.

From what I remember, he was one of those dudes who constantly obsess about what other people do at the gym and kept talking shit about everyone else in the weight room. Despite his own lifts being mediocre at best. But then everyone spontaneously started calling him out and he had an internet meltdown.
