QUOTE(Desvaro @ Oct 30 2009, 09:07 AM) I thought you were checking out some guy's butt initially, his shorts seem a little tight though. lol loll....wearing normal pants will make him drench in sweats no?Oh yeah nice calves. Uphill work usually puts a lot of strain on the calf. maybe thats how the porters dressed there i dunno QUOTE(yeah_guyz @ Oct 30 2009, 01:31 PM) he got the damn right point!! please read the link given below, but ignore the bottom paragraph, it is starting to become a store soon http://stronglifts.com/muscle-gaining-secr...ferrugia-promo/ ![]() Chow |

QUOTE(ken86 @ Nov 2 2009, 10:49 AM) just finish a 14 week cutting cycle holy F nice back Before Afters I've always lifted weights and my aim was to be strong, well people tend to be 'fat blind' and overbulked. I embarked on a fat loss journey, bought some lipo6 black from bata (GREAT SELLER!!!) I used wendler's 5/3/1 for training and carb cycling for diet. Chow |

you have high lats same as me. they took forever to grow..lol
try adding Bent Over Reverse Barbell Rows, found em hitting the lats more (i saw Dennis Wolf do this on his workout dvd, lol) and you missed deads on your back day, for traps heavy deads are way more better than heavy shrugs. Chow |

QUOTE(ken86 @ Nov 14 2009, 11:58 PM) I got shit forearms and high insertion on my calves sighs. I always thought heavy deadlift is the answer for building forearms, clearly it did not work for me. Any suggestions its a stubborn muscle part same as calves and need high reps workout. if you extreme, try towel and rope pull ups + wrist curls + hammer + plate pinching. Chow |
