damn thats solid set of calves. and he's not even bodybuilders.
his secret? climbing Mount Kinabalu 6x a day(he's a porter/tourist guide) with 40-70kg up on his back..wheeeee

you have high lats same as me. they took forever to grow..lol

try adding Bent Over Reverse Barbell Rows, found em hitting the lats more (i saw Dennis Wolf do this on his workout dvd, lol)




and you missed deads on your back day, for traps heavy deads are way more better than heavy shrugs.

its a stubborn muscle part same as calves and need high reps workout. smile.gif
if you extreme, try towel and rope pull ups + wrist curls + hammer + plate pinching.

good progress, but upper pecs, traps, front n middle delts can use some improvements.

u got good rear delts though, part which most ppl lacked. haha
