How long do you spend in the gym in total? For the serious gym goers that is.
I'm mostly going to the gym for my corrective exercises for my back so it's mostly floor exercises, light cardio and hang-ups on an inversion table for my slipped disc. In total it's about 1.5 hrs.
But I see some gym goes who are using weight machines and using cardio machines but are like gone in like 30-45 min.
So I'm wondering whether I'm just weak atm or they are just in tip top condition that they can do things fast.
1 hour if i go alone
1.5 - 2 hrs if i go with my training partner - we tend to spot each other and talk crap. U know the drill haha
Just wondering, is it normal to not have sore muscles after a workout?im pretty sure the weight that im lifting arent too light as i could only last for 3 sets with 8 reps.
Its damn hard to learn when no one is there to point out the mistakes and correct me when i'm actually deadlifting. Gah... I can't picture what you are telling me to do.
*Would I injure myself with this form? I think I have to post a squat video also... I need a real life coach zzz.
it always happened to me that what i pictured myself doing is actually wrong. Until someone yelled at you with stuffs like " back straight " "chest up" etc.
You need someone to fix your form, someone experienced. And after u get the feel right, should be okay.
Anyway i got the inspiration of "how to drive while DL" by watching this vid
Have been putting much more focus on my back but not much progress... Can't get definition... And need to pack on at least another 5kg. [attachmentid=1367869][attachmentid=1367855]
i am still new in body building(started a few weeks ago) how to make my shoulders broader, if possible V-shape?(as my shoulders are quite small) and how to make them grow evenly?(my right shoulder seems to be broader)
here is my work log after doing some research online
