i subscribed to venuto's article dah lama dah and been reading for quite some time...
he talks basic common sense thats what i like
and he never said anything's bad as any routine is much personal to holder
and some articles yang pasal steroids and professional bb'ers are also helpful too (cant remember which year the article is) cuz we can see how they train (ultra hard) even if they have juice cuz with steroids, precise training and diet are key to become big and lean or plainly BIG!!!!

my egg routine is for later
skarang bulk with skim milk, wholegrain bread, tuna, lettuce (100-200g per day), some rice if got, yada yada yada bla bla bla

since ur so skinny and lanky, u should consider upping ur lean carbs and lean protein (eat like seekor ayam sehari ke or something along that line)
in that way, in 3-6 months u'll notice a lot of difference
makan je burger ke ape ke cuz i think u might not be following the many many meals per day tu
