I do get hamstring and calf cramps when I don't have enough rest or when I exert too much strength after training quads. Glute ham raises would still cramp them up, I tried. So a better alternative might be warming up a bit before training and then start on hamstrings first before training quads.

Well he's awfully strong. To achieve that physique in one year and lift crazy poundages, if he really did it without juice I'll tip my hat to him. Even with juice its impressive. But it all sounds too good to be true. I'm heavier than him but he still benches 1.5 times the weight I bench? Plus he doesn't even squat or deadlift's I think.

Can I train at CF Midvalley for free? My gf has free 1 month pass but quite wasted if I use it since prolly going there less than 3 times. I don't mind training with you at all. Can learn some new stuffs.

His lats are quite nice actually. Better than mine la lol. Maybe lacking on the V taper but definition is there.

According to the machine at Celebrity Fitness lol. Don't know whether its accurate or not. Yea, gained a bit of fat on the way but focusing on bulking so doesn't bother me that much. I don't know how to take back shots, but I know my back is lacking big time. My arms are 15" cold, still working on them haha. 17.5" is way to go. flex.gif

There's a new gym in Kajang beside the highway called Kaki Gym. Not bad a place. Anybody interested? I'll be training there tomorrow and on Saturday.
