means that below a certain temperature, the CPU cannot function properly...
iirc Phenom II is suppose to be the first CPU (in consumer market at least) without the cold bug... that's y can use liquid nitrogen and oc sibei super kaw kaw to 7GHz... |

i dont think so...so far the m17x perform real fast at below 20. i tried to do crysis but im too freezing cold outside.
