No bro. LG produce the drive and they produce it as an OEM product. For example BD Burner for
HP or Lenovo or Fujitsu and NEC. That's why we cannot find the series in internet.
but no worries bro, been selling this drive for many units already and all in good condition.
i even gv 1 month personal warranty and exchange with new drive if problem happen which was never occured yet.

I just want to say, this guy is the best. Bought 2 from him, fast shipping, good packing, free BDR.. free some extra*.. excellent service.

tested the drive watching BD movie, it's all good. Just ordered 2 more drive from him for my friends.

need to make clear b4 decide to buy the unit....
is this blueray drive supported by windows xp o.s?
few days ago i borrow my friend's BH30L to test but it dont work!
my pc detected the drive as hp BD-RE BH30L, firmware B622....it looks fine but when i insert disc(cd/vcd/dvd) to the drive, the drive cant detect disc, i tested all kind of disc(cd/vcd/dvd/blueray), the drive just dont work! mad.gif
when i return the drive to my friend (using vista o.s), the drive work properly!! thumbup.gif
can you help me to clarify this issue?

Then i really dont understand why my pc cant read any disc after install the drive... rclxub.gif
Do you run any "special application software" after install the unit?
Or need to change some setting after install the drive?
What is the model you are using and what is the firmware version? my friend one is BH30L firmware ver. B622.

I am using BH30N. But not sure where to find the firmware version sad.gif

This is the usual sata drive connection, self detection without needing any firmware installation at all.

It can only read Bluray movie after installing windvd version 10 or powerdvd version 9. Other than that there is no other software necessary to read anything else.

download UDF 2.5 driver or something.. for XP
