I had subscribe the service. For the receiving part, I am great to have the IFAX. But I having probem that my customer always complain they never received my fax when I fax to them. Can AEIOU helps?

Beside that, How come it seems like I do not have the 015 number?

I'll try my best to help.
Customer never receive fax can be due to many reasons.
The most common reason is when the fax recipient do not have a dedicated fax line to receive incoming fax. To cut phone rental cost, most people uses only one phone line for voice and fax. Since one phone line sharing both incoming voice and fax, the user must set the fax machine to Tel/Fax mode or Automatic Fax mode instead of voice mode. Failure to do so may lead to fax machine not recognising incoming fax call.

If only one isolated complain out of many customers not receiving fax, then the fault is most probably at the complainant's end.

If you received more than 2 complains from different fax recipients, then the fault is probably at the sender's end or the server's end.

Our system so far is running smoothly without problem.

There are 2 options.

Option 1)
Using PC/lap top to make and receive voice calls
No sim card required for REDtone SIPhony 015, you just need to download a soft phone provided within your account and install it into your laptop or PC before you can make and receive voice calls.

Option 2
Using your existing mobile phone, house phone and office phone.
Just register all your phone lines into your REDtone Instant office account (voice function) and you can then make voice call from any registered lines by calling toll free gateway 1800 87 9906 follow by the destination phone numbers.
Effective from 1.1.11, all mobile lines calling our voice gateway toll free number 1800 87 9906 is now FREE OF CHARGE and no longer charged as local call rate. Therefore if you have a REDtone Instant Office account, you can effectively reduce your prepaid mobile call rates as follows:-
Malaysia (03) > RM0.18(Peak) RM0.10(Off peak)
Malaysia (04,05,06,07,08,09) > RM0.20(Peak) RM0.15(Off peak)
Malaysia Mobile > RM0.20(peak and off peak)

Yes you can. We call it mass faxing or bulk faxing. Many marketeer customers subscribed to REDtone Instant Office mainly for the availability of the bulk faxing feature because they can't bulk faxing using a conventional fax machine.

No problem for major tier 1 local telcos including GSM. Seriously, I'm looking for a GSM fax line to do a text fax but it was like searching for a needle on the ocean floor. If you have one, please send a test fax to me @ 01548404777.
