thank you for signing up.
Once you subscribe the optional incoming fax number, receiving fax is free up to 500 pages per month officially. Exceeding 500 pages is also free unofficially.

The whole of Malaysia including Sabah, Sawarak, Ipoh, Taiping fax to your 015 at the standard TM rate of 15sen per min. But bear in mind that it is not accurate to generalise a single rate. Some may have different package from their respective service providers and there is no way to find out each and every one's telco package.

highly recommended to SME's
price is quite competitive, cheaper in certain aspect

tested with TS using iPhone to his iPad
via streamyx 1mbps .. no hassle
crystal clear on the SIPhony

have also tested sending a fax
on a 3G line .. quite fast (well, it actually depends on your telco network also)

and the seller of course
is very helpful .. customer service 5 star

I got more confused. Some mentioned 40+ MYR per month? How they derived that? Please PM me. What I want to do is have an incoming fax only. If got both incoming and outgoing then would like to know the pricing too. PM me so I could get a clearer picture would you?

Cheers!

You pay rm120 for the starter.

The starter comes with rm40 preloaded credit.

You can use Rm40 credit for outgoing fax, voice call, SMS, siphony 015 VoIP voice and charge according to minutes used.

You can also use the rm40 credit to pay for the incoming fax number subscription according to the packages posted in post 1. ie. you want to buy the 1 year 015 incoming fax number subscription priced at Rm120, you are short of Rm80 credit but you can top up Rm80 to your account to make your credit balance rm120 before subscribing.

Each time you make a reload, the validity of your credit can last for 1 year from the date of your last Topup.

First of all REDtone Instant Office iFax needs internet to operate. Therefore the very minimum gadget you must have is an android smartphone and 3G connection. You can send fax, broadcast sms, make and receive voice calls all trough your android phone. A 015 VoIP voice number will be given to you FREE without any monthly rental.
However the optional incoming fax number requires subscription based on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly tenure. The subscription is paid via prepaid credit in your account.

So basically, REDtone Instant Office covers your office need for Voice Phone, Fax Line and SMS broadcasting tool.
You can use a laptop and a USB 3G modem dongle for more convenient operation. Just subscribe Umobile pay-as-you-use 5sen/MB prepaid mobile internet and save the RM50/mth TM business line rental.

You can call GHL Payment to subscribe for credit card payment terminal.
