- Monthly fees

All REDtone Instant Office account by default is FREE for life without any monthly commitment or rental whatsoever UNLESS you opted to buy (By way of self activation) an incoming fax number. We sell the incoming fax number in 4 duration contracts namely: monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly in pre-payment. You can chose to renew it by topping up your account's credit balance or terminate it simply by clicking the "DEACTIVATE incoming fax" button at any time. After terminating your existing incoming fax number, you still can re-activate incoming fax again and again but you might not get the same fax number every time you deactivate and reactivate an incoming fax number.

Outgoing SMS are charged as per online rates table.
Incoming fax sms notification (Push Fax to your mobile) @ 10sen per sms. The sms notification can be switched ON and OFF depending on your needs.

You have to pay RM120 for the starter pack before you can subscribe for the optional incoming fax service. The starter pack however comes ready with fax, sms, SIPhony 015 features.
