Can u explain a bit about int call forwarding svc?

The SIPhony 015 comes free with the purchase of Redtone instant office starter pack.
It can be installed into your iOS and android mobile devices to make and receive call over Internet or mobile broadband.

Incoming Fax Number is an optional subscription.
You can still make out going fax without subscribing to incoming fax number.
Remember to top up at least RM10 in a year to maintain the validity of your REDtone Instant Office account.
Have you register the FREE SIPhony 015 number yet ?
You can put any fax number u like to be presented at the header of the receiver's fax copy under the FAX SETTINGS > Update Outgoing Fax Header

How to actived back incoming fax? topup for 1 month yesterday.can still maintain my 03 number or must choose other 03 number to actived?

Incoming Fax number is an optional subscription. If you don't need it, no need to activate it.

If the incoming fax service already expired but still within 1 month suspension period after the renewal due date, You just need to top up your account and it will auto renew for another month.
If the incoming fax service already expired more the 1 month, then the fax number should had been terminated and you have to re-subscribe a new fax number.

Hi TS, let say i have my own 03-XXX XXXX contact number ,can be use for receiving fax? How much for 1 year package( i a bit confuse for the explanation above).

Provided that you enabled the call divert feature, You can divert the incoming fax from your 03-xxxxxxx to Redtone ifax no. and receive the fax in your email or smart phone.

1 year package is rm120 for 015 prefix and rm240 for 03 prefix.

how about window 8 phone? can install to window 8 phone? i am interested, but not very clear on the outgoing fax rate table. the table stated voice call to mobile is .25/min but at the same time, u stated voice call rate to mobile is .1/min. can elaborate more on the call rate and fax rate. tq

unfortunately，i dont own a windowphone，therefore unable to answer your question.
There r two options of voice call.
1） Calling from any landline or mobile line.
login to ur account and register your landlines and mobile lines. After registere，dial 1800 toll free to make call.
2）Calling from iOS and Android devices using SIP apps （required 3g data or wifi）
Download Media5 phone SIP client then configure SIPhony 015 into it. After that Launch Media5 to make call and receive call from anywhere on earth as long as you have access to internet.
call rates are 8sen to fixed line and 10 sen to mobile.
