1. Are Siphony 015 number and 015 fax number the same or different?
2. Incoming 015 from any number is free for us right, no deduction of credit?

1. The FREE SIPhony 015 is a voice only phone number whereas 015 fax number is a fax data line only. Yes they are different.

Yes, payment receipt is available in PDF soft copy send to your email address.

Everything works as the seller said it would. The account was activated few minutes after payment. Fax works good. Siphony works as well, with my Android fonepad. Word of caution however, couldn't get it to work with my Symbian Nokia N8, as there was no suitable voip app available.

The FREE SIPhony 015 is a voice only line. It will stay valid for 1 year from the date of your last credit top up. Minimum top up value is RM10.

As for the incoming Fax line, it is an OPTIONAL subscription. Got monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly packages to choose from.
Sending out going fax is charge to your prepaid credit on pay as you use basis, no need to subscribe an incoming fax number.

I am at China currently and call forwarding to my China phone is just superb (Maxis > SIPhony > China number) . No delays or echo, it's just like receiving a local call! Strongly recommend getting this service!
