I pindah to the new branch that is in Subang Parade 1st floor beside Fitness Concept.. The Animal T is free size and it use to be big for me to, than my friend told me that the only way to wear it is to grow in it and so I did

kayu is the mamak with the green banner "Original Kayu", if you walk up the road till end from ego u'll find a mamak there and kayu is just across.

yep, that was me. placed third only la. *sigh* shrunk a little too much when cutting water and muscle wasnt as full as i expected. damn....

Do they have any form of drug test before every comp? I bet ya some guys arent clean. Some even say that contestants clear their system from any form of drugs 1 week before comp. Any of that is true?

Well Im not against roids. But I find living in denial lame.
