Here's a new one! Called 100 today to complain about frequent DCing and the solid dsl light but no internet connection problems that I've been having ever since their "upgrade" a few months ago (besides the slow internet speeds everyone is suffering from).

Anyway, I thought I've heard it all from the CSRs but this one ask me if i have a house alarm system, and if i had to shut it off because it might affect my internet. Couldn't help it but I just laughed at her. Where do they get these people from?

yeah, me too..called 100 just now, the rep also asking me about alarm sytem, i am like "what the hell is all about?"

suddenly after office hour, everything went 'nearly' fine

screamyx user in sabah must be facing slowdown or total down internet...becoz one of TM exchange building in sabah were burned by fire.....not only screamyx....other service like IPVPN, metro-ethernet is affected too...

For Sandakan, Tawau, Lahad Datu, Sempoerna and surround them only effected, for Kota Kinabalu, here we got a lot TM Exchange and landing area, Sandakan only have TM Exchange and no landing area, thats why they are blackout from digital access because they only have one backbone and one TM Exchange.

my server in kk is still running fine, but ping time increased from the usual 50ms to 111ms.

It turned out true. People's anger has reach their limit. Their problems seems to be not solving and TM still continues to advertise with false messages.

This is seriously not the first time the problems has occurred, definitely not surprising anyone! Can you imagine that you are paying RM110 / Month for COMBO 110 (1Mbps Packages) and are only getting 0.5% of 1000Kbps :S . Oh MY GOD!

I'm looking to lodge an official complaint to MCMC as well as hiring a local attorney to sue them for this. This is just not good!
