No complaints for today; seems like most users are experiencing better speeds. Too bad forever is never.

bro, after u have switched to open dns, would your browsing back to normal. I have try to use open dns, but when i browsing website sometimes will feel lag comparing to normal tm nut dns server.
*
For me yes, almost every webpage's loading time is faster,, but it doesn't mean that anyone here can get same results with each other due to streamyx's incompetence and inconsistency.

For me, streamyx website is down... it takes a few minutes to load the header of the page... MSN sometimes can sign in sometimes cannot...facebook quite laggy

Those bloody idiots don't even know how to run an exchange...

I mean come on where is their...temperature control system, fire suppression system, i'm sure if they have a control room monitoring they would know exactly when the problem started and could rush to put off the fire... ...

1st time i heard a fire in an exchange...so big that it could affect east sabah

and even me running 218.111 can face similar problem, just that the effect is not so great... ==

Dalam pada itu, sehingga pukul 3 petang ini, perkhidmatan talian telefon, internet dan mesin ATM masih lagi tidak berfungsi.

Fail is Fail

They dont even have a backup system when something goes wrong.

Serve gomen right... now the ppl in sabah will be furious they cant use telephone, net and ATM... all because gomen let TM mastermind the whole infra... see now, if there were other ISPs they could probably lend their system...

Padan muka

No idea, but after this incident, you guys facing slowmyx and dc-ing more often...?
*
Yeah... most webpage still can load for me tho... but slower and lag due to random timeouts for US, for HK and CHN quite slow.

MSN try 7 times only 1 time can get through.

And it says something like "Your settings might not be updated due to connection problems" at the top contact list there

Guy's if you have a 1mbps line or 2mb or even 4mb but to local server you only get lets say 512kb constant during speedtest. You account might be capped wrongly at port.

U can see my screenshot in the link down there, previously i get 2048kbps capped, now i only get 1024kbps capped.

If you have simillar symptoms, try to check and see... it seems recently TM got alot of "hidden stuff" going on in certain departments.
