They won't simply change to a new port, if your current one is working fine.
What I suggest you report this case to Expert team or you can email to help@tm.net.my with the attachment as a prove. You make sure it delivered to Expert team. Because they manage to re-configure your speed to actual capping. *For your information, Configuring port speed do not required a technician to your side. Hey guys and gals I don't understand what all the fuss is about. TM made a statement the other day regarding earthquakes and such like (sorry if I'm repeating)
Dear Valued Customers, Telekom Malaysia Berhad wishes to notify that the recent earthquake incidents did not cause any service disruption. The international submarine cable network is in order and working fine. What they forgot to add is....... but has crap bandwidth and lags like hell. Oops sorry ...... normal service. |
