Yeah..things went back to normal now...

My internet speed got f***ed up a few minutes ago.. Don't think that only the northern regions users having this problem.. I had it too and I live in N9

Woke up today to lots of random disconnections and insanely high pings to both local and international sites.

I get like 800ms when pinging google.com now. It's bullshit.

This happened a while back too (2 weeks back, I think?), where I suspected that it was because I downloaded some huge files overnight and as a result, my connection's throttled during the daytime.

And guess what? 2 nights ago, I was downloading a game file which was about 800mb. And today I'm getting this insane lag. Coincidence? I'd think not!

Today streamyx is really slow.
And this is the first time I can't reach yahoo.co.jp.
China site is very very slow in my place and now the Japan site seem to be affected also.

While Enemy 'A' gets away, my bullet never reach him.

Morning until afternoon speed is ok for me, starting from 6PM until now like shit liao.

mass throttle for off peak? I am starting to realize that every night, bandwidth dropped tremendously to near unusable stage and all HTTP connections got nerfed too.

I am currently running a torrent, to test out the response of everything and realize this :

HTTP tracker - 403, 404 error or timeout
UDP tracker - working

The torrent i tested on uses piratebay and openbittorrent trackers and the http ones returned as error while UDP ones works.

Next, i tried a single connection HTTP download, source is from propellerhead.se, a site for digital music software which i download an update to my software which goes around 320mb. Speed as belows :

Location : Sweden
Speed : 12kb/s min and 30kb/s max.

Unsatisfied, i tried downloading the same source with free download manager :

Speed : 30kb/s max. It did go up to 167kb/s for a few second and hit the ceiling and drop back to 30kb/s.

Mind you, the speed for everything is damn fine in the early morning and late afternoon, anything after 6pm is crap.
