i'm 1mbps streamyx user and i'm experiencing downstream rate dropping after few hours of connection and i have to reset my modem everything to make my downstream rate back to 1024kbps
anyone got such experience nad mind to share how to fix this?

the port i;m using is a new one actually after tm technician telling me my port "kong" already so they change a new one however it become like this

What I suggest you report this case to Expert team or you can email to help@tm.net.my with the attachment as a prove.

You make sure it delivered to Expert team. Because they manage to re-configure your speed to actual capping.

*For your information, Configuring port speed do not required a technician to your side. It just can be done through their system setting only.

i;ve lodge a complain at cs and they gave me a report no.
see tomorrow better or not, or i directly ask help from expert team which u advise?
