S606 is more boomy as it has own 8" side woofer..
Aegis has wider soundstage for me.. Anyway cant make a compare as i use different AVR on Aegis..

Just S606 is very good in price - performance ratio for me..

My preference:
Dynamic EQ: ON > I find it gives more oomph.
Dynamic Volume: LIGHT > Light sounds better than OFF to me, and gives more dynamic range compared to Medium or Heavy.

I got quoted for around RM 4.6K for SR508 + Jamo S606 + S200 Sub. Is it worth it?

My budget is around 5K to 6K, should I change my amp to NR 808? As for speaker, what do you guys think about HT728?

Or is there a better combination from other brand? Main use is for movie.

SR 608 RM2700 together with Aviano 6 RM2300 , 5 RM 950 Mission rear RM 650. You from Penang ? Aviano 6 is miles ahead of Jamo S606, go hear yourself, it's worth to pay extra few k to get a better speakers, no need to upgrade so soon in future.

I got them @ RM 3850 ...
but only standard 1 year warranty for AVR.. Cash n Carry and no cable provided..

For me, no need to have monster cable, extended warranty, etc..(saving RM750!!) Cuz all my connection is now HDMI and im just buy Norstone Speaker cable from them (RM6 per metre).. Good enough for me since this is just entry level system..
