Why don;t you give a call to the shop if they done this before? Most shop do not have own repiar shop but they have place where they send units for repair which is authorized service center for brand they sell. Probably they have unauthorized one for product out of warranty.![]() How to convert the power supply to 230V without using stepdown transformer? ENG Hifi BM can do? Otherwise, you can open up and take out the transformer to look for compatible one and DIY |

Hi,
I'm currently using the Onkyo TX SR-313. My old amplifier decided to start giving me some trouble recently. Firstly my Front Left (FL) speaker start producing static sounds. So I tried testing to see if it's the problem with the speaker or the amplifier and switched some speakers around. Sadly the problem is actually with the amplifier. When I switch two speakers around, the speaker plugged into the FL Jack start giving out static sound. So I used it about 2 weeks without the speakers. Then recently it started shutting off by itself. I have tested some fixes from forums online and so far all still not working. The amplifier start to shutdown every 1 minute or less if I turn it back on. Anyone know how to solve this issue or is there any reputable place where I can bring it for repairs? Hopefully can solve this issue without having to fork out for new amp.. Thanks to all in advance! This post has been edited by hwlee84: Jan 1 2021, 08:21 PM |
