hi guys... ive done some futures trading before.. but i was always facinated about forex.. but never get the chance to trade..
Since im a newbie in forex trading... firstly where do you recommend I open an account and secondly does anyone here can say consistantly making money out of it? is it decent or good income generator?

my first lesson on tech analysis was back in 1993, since then I was infatuated with technical analysis, Ive traded my first futures acct around 1997 with KLOFFE, consistantly making money weekly untill one day my smart brain decided that my broker knows how I trade my acct base of my daily trade and let her have the helm, boy I was wrong... 1 phone call a week later was the last lesson I had. The lesson I learn is to not trust others judgement but do your homework and trust your analysis. Learn from mistake, but as we all know $$ usually have powerful strange (emotionally) effect on us.

I never believe on ready made system.. system must be made around your belief.. with planning and understanding.. so ready made system are not my cup off tea.. but if it manage to consistently lose money.. perhaps taking the opposite position is the right way hehehe

anyone got killed in GU? dang miss it..

the simplest method is the best.. dont confuse your self with so many indicators.. of all indicators, 1st is....... Risk Management hehehe... it indicates and dictate your ability to survive for how many times before you "gulung tikar your acct".. 2nd is the technical indicator you used for trading

anyone survive the deadly GU spike? or did ya gain hundreds pips hehe

well you can set all open trades to close via stop loss, trailing stop or take profit, all you have to do is set at what price you want it to end.
But from my experience, your TP will que, at least that happens to me a few times, I guess its first in first out rules.
That said, this is only if you sure its gonna reach your target price.

walanea! trading without SL is like riding a superbike with eye closed in the highway. its a lesson well learnt. better plan next time.

I use instaforex, they have a new office here in KLCC and always conducting seminars at the convention centre, there was one yesterday if i remember correctly. They also conduct paid training daily (basic, intermediate & advance) where the fees for the class will become your trading capital. Plus I can get my funds within 30mins
