after than in the next meal time .. i switch the food..

i realise that they prefer meal worms thans roaches and crikets ....

take out the uneaten food. That should work... each time u gave food to ur scorp make sure u take out its waste and uneaten food. it prevent the ants from coming in. or u could use one of those ants powder sold in hardware shops.. works wonders for me..

Added on July 13, 2009, 2:40 pmor vaseline on the enclosure... around the top or bottom of the tank..

dont pour it on the substrate. pour it outside the tank. a few cm from the tank's place.. as far as i know there are no side effects. as long as you dont pour it inside the tank with ur scorp...

Its a wildcaught scorpion Hyourin. It comes preloaded with free parasites. Do what you can to save it. But don't stress yourself over it. The learning curve is by far more important.

P/s: Mites are overrated - only in Malaysian forums. The open wound that is the Fear of the unknown is often fueled with more than generous amounts salt, chilli and cuka. Sometimes to the point where the owner of the animal stresses the animal inside out just to remove things that are just superficial. You're dealing with living thing, not quantum physics.

So rafiq, any better way to solve this problem? smile.gif
Enlighten me biggrin.gif
