laser should have much faster recovery

For men can try Loreal anti-mark. Need to be patient cos only see visible results after several weeks. Dark spots become more even toned while depression becomes lighter

Dr ting from jalan imbi, skin specialist.

I am not sure what was his famous about. based on my experience, he did not solve my outpatient skin problem. I rectified my skin problem by went to jusco bought the treatment cream, and it works.

what i assumes dr ting was, he just sucking your treatment fee by asking you revisit for checking timely. i asked him the specific question about the infected condition, or recovery...he dont even look at me or response while eyes on his desk/writing notes or something.

i dont know for other supportive customers experience, may be different story, or vip "treating" manner. but not recommended for me.

i could sense that, dr ting was stalling my treatment / time by not just advising that i can get heal by walk in to any pharmacy to apply certain skin treatment cream (At least it does wasting my time, while my skin problem solve without his "treatment"). By the way, it was many many years ago since i was young of age.

in short, dr ting was (is) over-rated. (I am not sure about him for now)

For acne, i am using skinoren now. RM30++ from Guardian. it will takes 4weeks to see the healing result.

I had acne on my back, chest and face for like 10 years since I was a teenager. Tried all sorts of creams, gels, soaps but they either didn't work or just solved the problem temporarily on the outside. Then I took probiotics by Bio-Life bout 3 months ago. As I was close to finishing the bottle, my acne just stopped appearing one day and I don't get anymore new spots now.

Try it out, the bottle only costs like RM70. Take the whole bottle yourself and don't share with anyone, or you need to buy more. I attest the change due to my lack of beneficial intestinal flora due to years of taking antibiotics. Probiotics should restore the balance of good and bad bacteria in your colon and hopefully cure your acne problem for life. It did for me (well, 2 months so far at least).

Start by controlling your diet to be free from oily food and more greens. Maintain facial cleanliness and moisture is also important.

My methods of clearing ACNE. Hope it helps. thumbup.gif

1. Control of foods intake. No fried, oily and sweet foods.

2. L'Oreal Men Expert Volcano Red Foam - Facial Wash

3. Dr. Ting of Jalan Imbi - Toner

4. Praventac & AG-Factor + GNC Natural E (Apply to your face) - Good combination.

5. Bikarbonat Soda - Scrub with it weekly

Morning happy.gif

Works like a charm.

Not irritating to the skin and it kills fast.

There's two(2) types; lotion and gel.

Lotion is the best...but pricey.

Above all, drink PLENTY of water.

Acnes are 'signals' from your body which is telling you that your body lacks water.

Try other pharmacies; independ names.

Well known pharmacies don't sell heavy stuffs.
I don't know why.
Frustrated.

The don't even know or sell Proscar (finasteride) sweat.gif
Proscar is available at Vision Care Pharmacy, Taman Putra, Ampang.

I bought my T3 Mycin at Alpha Pharmacy, Pandan Indah.

It used to happen to my face as we'll. I've always blamed pizza, fries, McD... But then I found out milk was the cause of my acne and make my face cannot control the oil production. You can try and see if it works

Try to eliminate by trying one type of food at a time. It takes time but it worth the trying. At the end of the day, I found my root cause of ACNE. It was due to nuts. I have stopped eating those foods that consist of nuts and applied the methods above. It works well to me. Maybe you should try.

You can try the above regime if you've not tried it before.

Cetaphil is quite mild and for sensitive skin, since not suitable then maybe you might want to check with dermatologists whether are there any other milder cleanser available in the market.

Panoyxl is the brand, the content is benzoyl peroxide. I guess any other brands with the same content will have the same effect.

I find benzoyl peroxide quite strong actually. Why not see a dermatologist?

Dr Ranjit in SS15 maybe? A few of my friends gave good feedback on Dr Ko but prepare to pay. Dr Ranjit apparently seems more affordable.
