is easy payment plan only available for the banks listed in 1st post?

i just notice, if buying 3GS with ivalue1 plan 12 month contract = RM2290
idata2 = RM2590. Since when they changed dat? i tot the price was the same....

1. I am on a Value Plan 80 but my bill is about RM150 - RM200 every month. I want a 16gb iPhone 3G[S], what is a good plan for me?

2. For a 12 month interest free installment, the phone goes for RM1990. Does that mean I take RM1990 / 12 mths = RM165.84 on a monthly basis on top of the iValue 100 commitment?

3. Additionally I would like to ask about the free benefit data, SMS, MMS - will they be available on the 2nd month if unfinished on the first month or is it free monthly? E.g. When I only used 200MB on the first month, will the balance 300MB be forwarded to the next month? Do I get 500MB data free every month?

4. Lastly, I saw at the disclaimer "Value 1 at RM400 for 24 months and RM200 for 12 months" What does it mean?

there's no thread about using maxis iphone plan at overseas so i guess i will just post my question here.
i've just informed that my iphone 3gs has arrived and now i need to make decision which plan to choose. at first i wanted to choose ivalue 2 24 months contract, but i just informed that i will be working at singapore and uk for 6 months(going to sg in november). so i need to know can i still use maxis plan at these two countries? (i dont feel like going for 12 months contract coz i will come back malaysia in 1 yr)

why maxis had the prepaid plan but now no more? finally i have managed to save some money and then now they said no more prepaid plan... sigh.. then how will ppl able to buy iPhone? some ppl like me, need to save money first. how can they cancel the prepaid plan just like that?

is it after the 12 month period for my ivalue plan ended then im free to use any plan/carriers with my phone?

Question is, will I need to bring my mom along with me to cancel and change the lines? A bit ma fan right?

i'm using maxis value plus 50 and idata 3gb plan, i'd like to know does idata plan include edge/gprs? since my iphone is on edge n 3g for 24/7. i'm worried if idata not include gprs n edge, i'll have to pay a huge amount for gprs usage

can i downgrade the maxis postpaid plan after the iPhone attach iValue contract end?

including from postpaid to hotlink?

Well the last I kept track of your stand was prior to the revised iValue plans which bundled this and that.

I'm finally getting my iPhone now and have asked for iData 2 at time of booking (which suits my needs i think). However wanna ask whether your opinion has changed with regards to the iValue now?

I think other than the higher rebate obtained for purchasing the phone, the iValue isnt really value for money is it?

plan 1: if i purchase ID50 (12 mths), total is RM130 per month and i get the iphone for RM2090

plan 2: if i change my plan to ivalue1 (12 mths) wif family plus 30, total is RM130 per month as well but i get the iphone for RM1990

plan 3: if i purchase ID30 (no contract) wif family plus 30, total is RM110 per month n i get the iphone for RM2490

I spoke to Maxis ppl. They said they will send to SG to confirm that it's a hardware defect before they will replace your unit. So I'm assuming that I will be iPhone-less for at least a few weeks.

Are there any cases which users get an immediate replacement set?

from the charts, i should be looking at idata plans for RM30, right? and from the colour scheme of the chart, does that mean i'm only eligible for 'no contract' pricing of the phone (ie. RM2990 for 32gb)?

RM590 to be exact. confirmed. i went to Maxis KLCC just now because my gf wants to pay her bills and then suddenly the promoter gave us the paper regarding the promotion.

btw my gf's line is a supplementary line, which is under me. how can i get her the iphone 3G on that price (RM590) while still maintaining her supplementary line status?
