I was very impressed with Yeb too - reminded me of my kena-tarpao sessions with Phuyrix! !%@^#^$% ahahaha sweet lovely memories of 18-hit combo deaths
I think Yeb did not really tarpao fLoe because Sagat being Sagat, still got the health/damage advantage and that dangerous Ultra. Having played Sagat before, I can see why fLoe did not *** (TIger Uppercut) much. It's hard to *** Gen because of his short jumps and low float-time (lands fast, and hard to juggle too). If Gen kena ***, there goes the health advantage as both sides were fighting inch-by-inch by the life bar. That's why Sagat did not *** Gen much hoho.
I absolutely love the Marn vs Valle matches! Really epic battle between the East & West Coast. Spoilers ahead!

Marn's Viper defeated Valle's Ryu in very tight Winners' Bracket matches, but Valle had another chance as he wasn't sent to the Loser's Bracket in the entire tourney. Both played the same chars in even tighter games and Marn decided to use Boxer. A another close match with impressive play from both sides concluded in Valle's favour and the next Viper match resulted in Marn losing because he did EX-Seismo, SJC focus dash to..... TAUNT! If he Ultra-ed he'd stand a chance. In one match Marn was super aggressive as he (jumped in HK, down HP, TK cancel, down MK, TK cancel, dash fwd, MP, down MP, TK cancel, down MP, TK cancel, down MK, TK cancel, s.jump fwd BK, down MP, TK cancel, down MK, TK cancel, EX-Seismo, s.jump fwd BK)... if I remember correct I counted this as a 13-hit blockstring (no overhead f+MP though) that lasted 5 secs on the timer... and Valle patiently blocked all! After the last blocked air BK, a cornered Valle in all coolness interrupted Marn with an SRK>FADC>Ultra to win that round. The crowd went wild and Gootecks went like "GODLIKE BLOCKING BY ALEX!" lol...
After losing that match Marn brought out Rufus with a total change of play style! I felt that he plays as good, if not better, as compared to Justin. Not as aggressive as Jap-player Kindevu but then again he's being cautious against the more psychic Valle.
The dominant West Coast crowd was chanting "ONE MORE ROUND, ONE MORE ROUND" and Gootecks was like "GET F*CKING HYPED!" as Valle only needed another match to win the championship. He unfortunately whiffed a HP Shoryuken where Marn punished with target combo > Ultra. Marn went on to equalize the score for another (i think) 2 or 3 matches with RUFUS, and in Game #8, took the title!
GREAT play from both sides! Valle is certainly NO pushover even if we did not see any LK/LP hit confirmation or option selects from his Ryu. He's a very unpredictable and psychological player and when he hits, he hits hard and leaves a great mind-f*ck. Marn's combo and technical execution is truly consistent in the face of immense tournament pressure, and adjusted well to Alex's play style.
I've yet to see other videos, especially ones with Yeb but will try to catch up in my free time. Search 'West Coast War Zone' in YouTube for your tourney fix!
