hmm what about codmw2 , l4d2 , nfs shift , dirt 2? i dont expect very high details ... just acceptable with acceptable fps

basically COD 2, l4d2, dirt 2 runs smoothly at low settings... well.. thats what i want.. smoothness all the way..

as for NFS shift.. i still had problem running on my lappy.. installer problem or somehow.. but someone on the thread manage to run it at super low settings i guess..

the G series would suit you just fine if you don't mind the extreme weight. but so far, asus hasn't come up with any new gaming laptops with the new GeForce chips

Fermi is the next gen of NV GPU... aka GeForce 300 family...

not sure abt price (since it's for sure over SG$3k, or maybe even $4k, too much for me to handle laugh.gif), but he complained to me that the delivery time is too long... like 4 weeks or sth...

O.I.C ... But the current ATi GPU is good enough already, right? Anyway, the price for this laptop really quite high and comparible with Alienware ...

In term of pricing, I think it is quite OK as the specifications offered are above superb ... As for the design, it might be a little bit bulky ... But the performance outweigh the look of this "ugly" monster ...

i guess, the best gaming platform will be with AMD this time round...

the Phenom II for mobile is base on the desktop Athlon II... and we all know how much punch that packs...

Anybody have any experience ordering from Mucro Asia? Besides them, I see outfits like XoticPC and GenTech only carrying the Asus G73JH-A1/2 model. Mucro states February 15th as the date the G73 made available, while XoticPC and GenTech already have them, judging from the responses of the guys on NBR. How are their warranty honored when it comes to Mucro Asia?

EDIT: Disregard. I've gotten to the actual member attending to Mucro Asia, so it's just the matter of waiting for the reply.

all Asus laptops have 2yrs international warranty...

if u ask me, it's better to order from Mucro Asia, since they are a Singapore-based company with office (i think, at least with contacts) in Malaysia...

so should anything screw up, it's easier to deal with them...
