x64?

performance wise? better? drool.gif  drool.gif

yeah. x64 user.
performance wise.. indeed better than vista..
noticeably shutdown time and turn on time.. less ram usage. overall it is much better than vista..

problem with x64 is strict driver signature.. so.. mostly.. the drivers u wanna use have to be digitally signed..

well.. thats all i can find with 7.. overall.. it beats vista.. lolz.. compability issues.. none.

Guys... I dunno what this ASUS marketing doing...

For CULV processor, they have a greater model which is UX, appear in their M'sia site.

But dunno why they never bring in to M'sia!

An Inspirationally Exquisite Design:
The design of the ASUS UX50 is inspired by one of the world’s thinnest creations, the wings of a butterfly, and also features subtly shimmering glitters on the LCD lid. It boasts a slim and elegant profile, which resembles the curvature of the wings of a butterfly once opened.

An Illuminating Experience:
Both the ASUS UX50’s keyboard and high definition display are supported by the ASUS AI Light sensor technology, which intelligently monitors the immediate surroundings of the user, and the adjusts the brightness of the keyboard and display in response to environmental lightning.

Performance at the Core of its Design:
Powered by an Intel® Core™2 Duo processor, and genuine Windows Vista® Home Premium, the ASUS UX50 features a flushed 15.6-inch LED-backlight high definition display, which delivers stunning real-to-life visuals complemented by a NVIDIA® GeForce® G 105M graphics card. With a memory capacity of up to 4GB, and storage options of up to 500GB, users can also enjoy mobile computing performance with 802.11a/b/g/n wireless connectivity, as well as Bluetooth® 2.1 + EDR for further expandability

but reaching 3k... too bad.. ended up on k50ab only..

ps: dont mind trading with a benq s42 tongue.gif

hmm what about codmw2 , l4d2 , nfs shift , dirt 2? i dont expect very high details ... just acceptable with acceptable fps

basically COD 2, l4d2, dirt 2 runs smoothly at low settings... well.. thats what i want.. smoothness all the way..

as for NFS shift.. i still had problem running on my lappy.. installer problem or somehow.. but someone on the thread manage to run it at super low settings i guess..
