QUOTE(fuzagi @ Jul 23 2009, 09:38 AM) oh that shop. near to my ex college. ok wanna ask u. what is the max tyre size blm can fit comfortably? i saw someone using a 195 or 205 or 215 today from behind as if fits almost until the outer of the wheel arches. looks nice n steady. but couldnt see the profile n rim size. no spring sound, but can feel the boot cover is so light. like plastic cover. u can apply some grease on the axises. max 195/50/r15... above that confirm hit rear fender...

QUOTE(cheeann @ Jul 23 2009, 09:40 AM) stay original is da most comfort u can ever get unless u wana go 4 performance~ actually i hope to make it look nice la. and better grip if possible. width of tires affect it aesthetically. i don care much about the rim size. my priority; grip>comfort>aesthetics Added on July 23, 2009, 1:21 pmQUOTE(smokey @ Jul 23 2009, 10:40 AM) max 195/50/r15... above that confirm hit rear fender... so not possible to have 205 o? rear fender meaning the top or the inner side? fuzagi, its possible if you put in 16inch with 205/40/16 as long as the overall diameter does not exceed stock wheel spec. compare here http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.htmlThis post has been edited by xshiro: Jul 23 2009, 02:28 PM

195mm for width, 50% sidewall of 195mm. 15 is the overall diameter
some ppl recomend 185/55 as well before..to be safe. and yeah offset is important too
