Errmmm.... dunno whether this question had been asked before. Does our reverse sensor(for M-Line) sometimes detects and sometimes don't? It happened to me twice. When I reverse until its almost hitting to an object, the sound won't beep(no sound at all) until it almost touches(just 1 cm to be hitted) the object then only a long beep sound occurs. Sometimes, this gave us a wrong estimation on whether an object is approaching like car or children running. That's why I don't really rely on this car's reverse sensors. Got any after market reverse sensors that is good? Feel like want to throw away the factory fitted one. The sound is not loud enough.

I have changed a few reverse sensors to date, one of the sensor keep beeping long tone, I think proton had a few vendors where each time I get different type of sensor.
They change the sensor eye and the processor unit( inside the left car trunk), and finally one of the sensor works. It had to tilt up a bit in a different manner with the other sensor, and if raining if teh rain drop gather in front of the sensor eye in will give false alarm.
I really don't know why they have so many suppliers.

Usually what i do is turn off the radio (or to about vol 4, and reverse slowly.. that way i can hear the beep and the sensor picks up the surrounding objects. Try going slower when reversing, and it should work fine. But yea, its just 2 soft, and not sensitive enough. But oh well.. what you expect. lol.

Yeap, I experience that too a lot. I got to lower the tones of the radio while reversing, just afraid I couldn't hear the reverse sensor. This is because Proton's Central Alarm is located at the boot, unlike other cars, which located at the Driver's Seat...

Guys,
When is the right moment to service the Air-cond? I was told by SC that it doesn't need service, just take out the filter beside the driver sit and spray gun to clean and restore?
I remember the Wira there is a air-cond coolant filter with a tiny glass indicator inside the engine bay needed to change? How about the Saga BLM? they use different system?

I think maybe my reverse sensor's wiring is loose like MR_alien said. Will definitely changed a better reverse sensors as the factory fitted one the sound too soft and not so accurate. Thanks for all the comments. Hope I can get some feedback on what type of brands of reverse sensors that is good. =)

depends on SC
if 25k is major service(400+)
thn 20k service is normal service 100+
just late 5k to do major service only
it is double..it's normal...only labor charges not normal
