If you notice from the old phone (example Nokia N80 or 6230 that i'm having now) ..
You will notice that there's a dot at the red button (phone icon alike) ..
It's started from there i think

Nokia 5800 XpressMusic firmware V30.0.011 on Nokia Server, unfortunatelly only available in Thailand, no change log released yet.

BTW kinetic scrolling is not in the firmware, most probably after the release of 5530 XPM with new firmware V31.

crap i have another problem. before i reset my phone, i backed up my data using nokia content copier to backup. now when i try to restore my phone only contacts can restore. messages and calender can't.

software uninstall...
menu - Setting - Application Mgr - Installed Apps - select unwanted aps then option - uninstall

copied files...
goto File Mgr and delete ur unwanted stuff lor...

its much more simpler to do it with the pc suite though....

for contacts and sms... you can copy and set the storage to memory card instead....

haiz i just download this program called noki. it shows the files that was backup by the nokia content copier. the program says my backup file dont have any text messages but when i backup i ticked text messages. this sucks

a) Lifetimer - mine is 000001:47
b) phone imei is same as box
c) how to see if firmware is up todate?

when u say new, do u mean, just out of the box, never made any calls b4?
coz i tink the lifetimer is the total duration of calls made. if u never made any calls b4, i tink it might be a second hand phone. correct me if im wrong forumers!
