hey guys i need some help here. my homescreen contact button and telephone button doesn't work. i tried to restore to factory settings and reinstall the software again but still cant press. any suggestions?

i cant do soft reset because i cant open up the telephone keypad. i tried reinstalling the software thru NSU also cant

Hi guys i have another question to ask, hehe..
My screen cracked in the middle bottom part there.. Is that included in the warranty issue?   A closer view to my screen..  Somehow the crack doesn't affect the screen function.. Everything works well, only the crack scar there  |

shenmah, i had exactly same problem like you.... guess i also need format the phone with 7370 coz 7780 wont fix it. But will do it tonight after i backup my contact & stuffs

only the settings, messages,contacts, etc will be backed up u can select what to backup before proceed to backup ur contents |

yesterday my bro's 5800 updated to V30 at Nokia Service Center.. touch screen's sensitivity improved a lot.. from v20 to v30..
