hey guys i need some help here. my homescreen contact button and telephone button doesn't work. i tried to restore to factory settings and reinstall the software again but still cant press. any suggestions?

i cant do soft reset because i cant open up the telephone keypad. i tried reinstalling the software thru NSU also cant

crap i have another problem. before i reset my phone, i backed up my data using nokia content copier to backup. now when i try to restore my phone only contacts can restore. messages and calender can't.

haiz i just download this program called noki. it shows the files that was backup by the nokia content copier. the program says my backup file dont have any text messages but when i backup i ticked text messages. this sucks
