No a card reader is faster. But that largely depends on your speed class.
But any given speed class, the card reader is faster.

Why would people go through all that hassle to buy a card reader then?

Go to Application > Location > Positioning > Positioning Methods > check the Assited GPS.
Then it enable. I have no Garmin setting to share with because I'm using default setting.

i will post the pic later...hihi bout the gps...found out that i didnt enable AGPS..done it..and it seems to work..now easier to lock..and better..just wanna ask..the setting.. Setting>Map inside..map detail if i set to most,would it make my gps harder to lock?and the outline detaild maps..what is it for?

Card Reader is only necessary if you transfer huge data between your pc and card often. Or else its useless. Where are you rushing?

guys..one more things..how do i know which maps is installed inside my unit?i installed it at phone shop so i dont know anything bout the installation..i go setting>manage my data>maps set..there are two maps set...
1.worldwide autoroute basemap
E:\GARMIN\

2.Detailed maps
E:\GARMIN\

and when i choose mapsource,there are two option both written as region and both is checked

Whoaa,V16 oredii .juz offline for 2 days,dis thread sure is fast.BTW,these r 3 games that i want to recommend:
1)real football manager: best way to kill time
2)abracadabraball: zuma-like game with interesting story mode n fun boss battle
3)megacity empire: sim city-like game

for encrypt software,u can use BEST CRYPTO.but IMO,u'll waste alot of time encrypting the files n then decrypting it when u want to view.the easiest way is:
1)connect ur tube to PC in mass storage mode
2)move all the files u want to hide into a dedicated folder
3)right click the folder->chose properties->tick hidden->click apply->tick "apply to all subfolder n files"->OK
4)install y-browser@any file manager u like

now all the files are hidden from ur tube's gallery n can only be access by the file manager u install in step 4.
if some files r still appear in video centre or gallery,maybe the ur tube have a cache to that file.so,u can try rename the file using PC or deleting the files in _PAlbTN folder(hidden) in default images@video folder.
i'm using this method myself n it works .don't worry,minors n noobs cannot figure out how to access it.hehe,talking about security eh

yup happens to me too. guess is some bug.

after connecting to usb the wallpaper is gone. i have moved the pictures i intend to use as wallpaper to phone memory and the problem is settled.

Its not a bug, I bet you installed the theme in your memory card ?

Well when you connect your phone to PC, the phone will stop all operation by memory card and allow you the access the memory card which means all application active tthat installed in memory card will be stopped including theme installed.
