hm..i cant change my lock code..it says that i had given the wrong security code..
it started 2 happen after i did a hard reset on the phone..
i follow the tutorial on FP on how to retrieve the security code..
after i click scan (refer to FP), it shows error...help pls...

previously i asked about my sms gone...

then today i just realize all my picture&video taken by camera also gone...
garmin also gone...
all standard song when bought the phone also gone...
1st i thought the phone can't detect the memory card
but when i remove the card to check ok or not...
and try to checking the memory status, phone said memory card not inserted --- mean the card ok...

what should i do..
backup & reformat?

my phone still in standard condition..
only got garmin - install when buy the phone..
standard songs - already in the phone
games - already in the phone...

this is my 1st smart phone...
my previous phone is nokia 1200..

maybe smartphone only for smart user...

yes,just exactly what i thought..when we're operating the memory card then all application related to it will stop..i just panicked back then and without hesitating posted my problem..
one more problem is i cant press the 2 buttons at the home screen which is the contacts list button and the button to dial a number..nothing happens when i touch it..what is the problem?

hi guys. im facing problem with my default nokia music library.
after selecting "all songs", it only listed out songs starting from letter "T" to "Z".
But when i select any song in the list, the music player will play other songs that currently not listed - seems they pointed out to other songs or no songs at all.

but then in the music player it can play all songs if i press "next", but when go back to music library, still displayed "T" to "z" list 
any suggestion?

Hey guys, anyone of you ever encountered problem when backing up your HP?

I just backed up my stuffs with Nokia PC Suite and all my songs and videos and pics are gone wtfish?

after format also same...
how to format with Windows format FAT32?

i just format from phone application>file manager>E:mem card>mem card option>format

format using the phone is always the best. dont bother format using PC.
